隨便寫寫

With my current work, some of my wishes  seems not possible to come true. But I will just wrote them down and check them next year.

1. devotion: for a person who gets up at 6:30 preparing to go to work and won't back home before 7:30. And still need to cook for my own dinner. I don't set a particular time for devotion for the past two years. Nomatter what I got to find some time everyday to  read His words and be with Him. So far so good.

2. exercise and take good care of myself: exercise at least once a week

I thought an old movie today. All i remember is that it's  a story about a brave woman. In my opinion,brave doesn't mean not to be afraid of but can face the fear inside and face that fear. I don't wish that I became a person who has no fear but hope I can be a person that is not to be afraid  to believe, to trust, to love, to be loved, to dream again in every conditions and despite all the experiences that i might have or will have. Always remember to stand up and keep walking everytime I fell.

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13:1-13,

"If I make use of the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am like sounding brass, or a loud-tongued bell. And if I have a prophet's power, and have knowledge of all secret things; and if I have all faith, by which mountains may be moved from their place, but have not love, I am nothing. And if I give all my goods to the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it is of no profit to me. Love is never tired of waiting; love is kind; love has no envy; love has no high opinion of itself, love has no pride; Love's ways are ever fair, it takes no thought for itself; it is not quickly made angry, it takes no account of evil...Love has the power of undergoing all things, having faith in all things, hoping all things.....But now we still have faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

ppl always say that our intuition is ususally right. I believe only when ppl tells me  thenselves. I think even what we see don't  tell the truth sometimes. It's not fair to make a comment on something or someone just by what we saw or intuition or evidence. Evidence might tell us the truth but it doesn't tell us things behind that. What we don't see are the heart, thought, motivation...so i always believe the goodwill of human beings.

writing a lot, actually i just simply want to remind myself. I have an intuition for a long long time. I might "solve the mystery" soon, to see if this intuition is right or not. Maybe I will never know if they don't tell.

As I left Taipei this afternoon, I watched this city where I've stayed for nearly two years through the window.

I realised that I am getting used to it- I mean the noise, air-pollution, crowd...at least I don't have any feeling about it. Everytime I walk on the street, I can automaticlly hold my breath and shut my ears. Habit can be a terrible thing, isn't it?  BUT I still can't imagine to stay in this city for another year and certainly I don't think I can settle down in this city. Taipei is a great city for vacation but not a place to stay, in my opinion   And of course, a better place for your career maybe. The only thing that keeps  me in this city is my work. once I leave this work, that's the time I say good bye to this city. Anyway, i haven't found any place that I feel I can settle down. I hope I will never feel used to anything and then take things for granted.

My supervisor asked us a question during the first IP dept meeting 09'. The question is what 2009 will be for you? For her, it will be a brand new year for everything. C said it's a year everyont in his family will be healthy. It will be a year of meeting her prince charming for R and a year of property for S. A year of getting back hope again for G. A year

of getting her family back to the Lord for T. A year of a+b+c+d=e for Gi. I had no answer when the question was raised. So I just gave a quick answer without pondering  and I said a year of health. But When G gave her answer, I had a feeling that I hope it will be a year of igniting the passion toward many things-life, people, things I enjoy. I have lost it. I know I can keep going without it but I guess it's just like eating food without salt. You just know there is something seriously wrong. Besides, this is just not me. I don't know where I left "the old me". It is time getting it back. So, this will be a year of getting my passion back, if you ask me now. I also hope this is the year of 開拓 and healing. Am I too greedy? Mabe but my God is big enough. Nothing is impossible for Him.

Got the idea from LUV. You can get this magazine (樂手作) from any bookstore. I didn't buy any stuff, just use whatever I have at hands. These fabrics were just from some old clothes. It took me 4 hours to complete.

got one day off last week, therefore had a day trip on 3 Jan. I went to Pingshi, Jingtong and Shihfen where located in Taipei county. You can either go there by bus or train. I took the bus to Musha MRT, then tranfered bus 16. It took about an hour from Musha MRT to Pingshi and cost NT.45. Pingshi is famous for the sky lanterns. Many went there for that especially the least day of the Chinese New Year which is the 15th day. You will see hundreds of sky lanterns that day. People buy their own lantern and write their own wishes with a writing brush on the lantern and put it in the sky. If you are lucky, the lantern will fly high and far away enough. It's kind of tradition. We do that on my island too but only on the Mid-Autumn Festival. I saw some foreigners seems had fun playing sky lantern. Anyway, I just went there to see the train and walked around. It was my first time there, so everything seems interesting for me.
